Reset Betway Password: Recover Your Account

Forgot your password or locked out after too many attempts? Use these safe reset methods.

Reset via SMS or email

1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
2. Choose SMS or email verification.
3. Enter the OTP and set a new, strong password.

Reset in the app

1. Open the app and tap Log In.
2. Select Forgot Password and follow prompts.
3. Update to the latest app if the option isn’t visible – see App Download ZA.

If you can’t access your number/email

• Contact support to update details after identity checks. See Contact Details.

Security tips after resetting

• Use a unique passphrase (12+ chars) and enable app biometrics.
• Review active sessions and log out elsewhere.
• Set deposit limits in Account Management.
